RM35 crabs


Salam


Spending dinner time with your girlfrenz talking about anything after a looonnngggg tiring weekdays...This time around, without the rest of the gang, we plan for a sudden mini 'makan busat'!!!

It's all started when I popped up the idea,"hey, why not we try that expensive crab dish??"half joking, but to my surprise, the two of them agreed!

So there we were, ordering the RM35 crabs & the butter prawn which I could not resist.

Celebrating something??Absolutely nothing, just happy & thankful I end up the week, lately we seldom eat outside, only at our office canteen.

Sis, sorry for accidentally flying the crab sauce to your 'tudung' . :)
Look at us enjoying the seafood,and forgetting our cholesterol level for a while hehehe...
Well someone still complain that her arms still hurts after wednesday badminton session...but did not stop her diggin in the delicious crab...heheh

Berhati2 jika ke Abadi Challet/ Hazme

Teka ni ape?? haha...ni la die challet yg kami duk time trip hari tu..ingat ke 5star...rupenye...-0.000009 star..kikiki...bermula dgn bilik yg sgt damn baunye....busuk sbb lembab....pastuh, check katil, basah la pulok...tilam berabuk..bantal berkulat!!damn!!depa nih x bersih kan dulu gamaknye..yg paling teruk lagi, towel dan sejadah penuh ngn semut juge, skali ngn telor semut.....ni ponn die kate diorang dah kemas bilik tu!ciss!!!ingat orang tak tau ka....pastu check pulok almari cermin dan almari baju, perghh!!!penuh semut dan anak2 die!!lagi skali damn....all n all, kami MEMANG X PUAS HATI DGN ACCOMODATION HAZME/ ABADI CHALLET nih!!! so, watch out sapa yg berkunjung ke sini...especially bilik no 9 dan no 8!!!memang sgt tak puas hati lah....
mood redang kamii telah bertukar menjadi mood bengang....bukan ape, sbb ade ke kakak tu ckp, 'bilik ni lame dowh oghang dok sewe..sebak tuu banyok semut. lagipon, bilik ujung skali...'... ah!!mcm tu pon bole??!!!
haa..ni la bantal yg berkulat tuh!!!cilakak sungguh!!hahaha..padan muko...ntah
nak marah,pun dah marah,so kami pon p jumpak orang challet tu....mintak tukar semua ..cadarr....towel...sarung bantal....mintak spray nyamuk...tgk cikju nih..ni dah trip yg ke berapa ntah jumpak org challet ni....sebelom tu aku......kami pon tukar sendirk...memang BUSUK aa perangai orrg challet yg pemalas nih....iskk...tu la ....nak niaga, tp x reti nak manage....TERUKK!!

sampai petanglah kami berkemas2 bilik yg tak senonoh tu...tp naseb baik ade aircond..kalo dak, memang la....SIAP!!!!hahaha
tp naseb baik juge, kat situ, nk mknn sennang....kami lunch kat restoren Hazme, not bad la...except for the paprite..er patrite??haha...ejaan org Redangg...sangat manisss!!iskk....
pas mkan, lepas lepak2 around 6pm, we went for a Long Beach Trip....cun woooo Redang ni...

hmm...tu antara gambar kat Redang la...xlarat la nk upload semua....sebab main aku bubuh kat blog ni, nak komen pasal bilik tu jekk...
mm...tp yg bes juge, sebagai warga Perodua,di mane2 sahaja P2 disebut2....jeng jeng jeng..ni la die tranport kami dr jetty ke challet....hahaha...memang barai siot Rusa nih...naseb baik kami xjatuh ke tanah..kalo dak, xpasal2 ade stunt plak!!!har...har..har...

Well,my friends and I when for Redang last weekend.Not going to story details about it because I think other contributors might do so later.What I want to say is, how our Bumi s should improve their business.I have wrote some in my blog last which related more to food & beverages, this time around, hospitality business - the chalett type.




Sounds boring?Heheh...

Hope below tips can improved "orang kita's" business mind towards tourism or hospitality service.


1 - First impression is crucial! - Treat every customer as a 1st timer.Your accomodation, transportation image must attract customers.Not necessary new,should be in a good & clean condition.


2 - Put yourself in the customers' shoes - Learn their basic needs & offer a little bit more.For e.g if most of your customers family with children,offer them baby cot,if backpackers offer them laundry space/affordable service etc.


3 - Take advantage of free advertising - in internet era, you can advertise your service internet for free,but make sure you wrote what you really offer!Plus, if your service really good,people will eventually told others good things about you.


4 - Networking among yourself - peak season should benefit everybody in the industries.If your place are fully booked, you should recommend your friends' and vice versa.


5 - Know your selling & weak point - E.g, if your challet are quite far from the beach,offer a bicycle or other means of transportation.


6 - Be informative - promote your other services, or offer your customers some tips about their new surroundings.Not necessary an expensive, well-photo broucher,but you could have a simple chat with them while sipping a cup of coffee...


7 - Last but not least - 'Smile,Thank you & come again'...do & say it with your heart...although the guest have been pin in the a** to you..who knows, with a simple gesture, it will be the key to your success!
